• Appetizer: Aromatic beef consommé with garnish
• Main course: Creamy “Winter cheese fondue” with a selection of light and dark baguettes, cornichons, borettane onions, antipasti vegetables, sweet and sour pumpkin, red onion marmalade and a small bacon and smoked meat platter
• Dessert: Tempting praline mousse with punch fruits and roasted hazelnuts from the castle kitchen
